💡[Feature]: [Enhancement] Interactive Cursor Trail with Dynamic Color Splatter Animation

Description:

To improve the user experience and give the interface a contemporary, playful feel, I suggest adding an interactive cursor effect that, when the user moves their mouse across the screen, releases vibrant splatter particles.

This visual improvement will make the browsing experience more memorable and engaging by enhancing the UX interactivity and complementing the project's colourful, food-themed aesthetic.

Anticipated Result:

Aesthetically pleasing, fluid colour trails follow cursor movement.
Performance-optimised, lightweight animation.
unified colour scheme that complements the project's current theme variables (--accent, --accent-light).
No disruption to the current interactive elements (buttons, toggles, etc.).

Type: Frontend UX/Enhancement

Priority: Medium (improving appearance with a noticeable visual impact)
