Want to add documentation files for the Python docs: python-array.md covering arrays in Python with creation, indexing, slicing, methods, and examples; and conditional-statements-python.md detailing Python conditional logic including if, elif, else, shorthand forms, logical operators, nested conditions, and pass statement.

Suggested Change

Add two new documentation files: python-array.md (covering arrays in Python—creation, indexing, slicing, methods, and examples) and conditional-statements-python.md (detailing Python conditional logic—if, elif, else, shorthand forms, logical operators, nested conditions, and pass statement).

@sanjay-kv Just to clarify — for adding docs related to the Python docs section, should I continue using this same issue for the next PR, or should I create a separate issue (and corresponding PR) for each Python doc? Since you merged my previous PR related to this issue but didn’t close the issue, I just wanted to confirm the preferred approach.
