🐞[Bug]: Add in-UI Newsletter Subscription with Auto-Subscribe Functionality #352

Describe the bug
Requirement:
When a user clicks the Subscribe button (in the newsletter section of the page), the subscription should be processed immediately within the same UI, without page reloads or redirects.
A confirmation popup/modal should appear within the page (similar to the pop-up that appears on first-time visitors).
The functionality should mimic the current first-time visitor pop-up subscription flow.
Upon successful subscription:
Show a success message (e.g., “You’ve been subscribed!”).
No manual page refresh should be required.
Expected behavior
Add ScreenShots
Acceptance Criteria:
Clicking Subscribe processes the subscription instantly.
Confirmation message or modal appears after success.
Error handling is shown if subscription fails.
Works both on desktop and mobile views.
