🐞[Bug]: Version problems in docker and package setup files

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

There needs to be updation in the version of node and docusaurus is package.lock.json or else the docker desktop won't be able to compose it properly and the localhost is not able to compile properly

Expected behavior

When command of docker is given it compiles the webpack-dev-server in one go and localhost:3000 works properly
