Issue Description

I would like to create beginner friendly Data Science documentation covering all the necessary concepts, from beginner to advanced.

Suggested Change

I will divide this documentation into four parts: Data Science Basics, Data Science Maths, Data Science Statistics, and Data Science Advanced. For now, I will start by adding a simple Data Science introduction, including topics such as what is data, basic instructions, and Data Science database tables. Kindly assign this issue to me under Hacktoberfest .
