🐞[Bug]: Search icon are not visible on dark mode hover

Describe the bug

Currently the svg search icon on blogs is barely visible in dark mode on hover and also from

placeholder="Search articles by title, description, or topic..." class="search-input" value="">

maybe we should remove description, or topic.. because it is not visible to user or maybe we can modify it to Search by title or topic @sanjay-kv need your approval for this one.

Expected behavior

The svg search icon on blogs is should be visible in dark mode on hover.

I think we should make it to "Recode Hive"
