📝[Docs]: Add “Tech Stack” Section to README

Issue Description

README currently does not include a Tech Stack section.
Adding one will help contributors and users quickly understand which tools, libraries, and frameworks power recode hive.

Suggested Change

Add a new “🧠 Tech Stack” section near the top of the README (after the project intro or installation guide).
It should outline:

Core

• Docusaurus 3 (React + TypeScript)
• Node.js ≥ 18
• Tailwind CSS 4
• Radix UI, Framer Motion
• Firebase (optional)

Developer Tools

• ESLint + Prettier
• TypeScript (tsc)

Rationale
