Fix typos and improve formatting in README

Description:
Some minor typos and inconsistent heading formatting exist in README.md. Fixing these will make the documentation easier to read for new contributors.

Proposed Solution:
Correct spelling and grammar mistakes.
Standardize headings (##, ###).
Ensure consistent bullet points and spacing.

Acceptance Criteria:
All typos corrected.
Headings formatted consistently.
README is visually cleaner and easier to read.
