🐞[Bug]: Theme not loading correctly on SQL documentation pages on RecodeHive.com

Describe the bug

When toggling between light and dark mode, the following elements do not update to match the selected theme:

• Reactions
• Comments
• Comment section at the bottom of the page

As a result, these elements remain in dark mode even when the page is displayed in light mode.

Expected behavior

All page elements on SQL Documentation, including reactions, comments, and the comment section, should reflect the currently selected theme (light or dark mode).
