📝[Docs]: Add "Pages & Layouts" concept in Nextjs Documentation

Issue Description

I would like to contribute to this project by specifically adding the knowledge of concepts about Nextjs. As I have seen the documentation contains the importance and benefits and the setup of Nextjs. The next fundamental thing would be to add the concept of - What are layouts in Next.js and What are page.js in Next

I've been working in Next.js for over a year now and have a good grasp about this concept . I would like to contribute and share my knowledge about the same with fellow mates.

Suggested Change

The flow will start with What is layout.js and why do we need it in Next.js furthermore the pros of using layout.js in any nextjs application.

Moving ahead we will have the explanation of page.js in the documentation and its advantages in the routing section as well.

Rationale

This concept is considered to be the fundamental and building blocks of learning Nextjs , that is why, it is very important for fellow learners to understand these concepts.
