🐞[Bug]: Pull request display modal should close on `esc` click

Describe the bug

Currently, the pull request modal only closes when we click on the modal & click esc which is a wrong experience

Expected behavior

If the modal is open, clicking esc anytime should close the modal which enhances user experience
