CHECKconstraint using regex for valid email format ([email protected]).CHECKconstraint to reject disposable emails (mailinator.com,tempmail.com, etc.).Type of Change

Explanation:
email_format_check: Ensures the email matches a proper pattern.no_disposable_email: Rejects known disposable email domains.UNIQUE: Prevents duplicate email entries.NOT NULL: Ensures an email is always provided.Screenshots / Demo
