combining multiple rector rules into one

I have a legacy library that I'd like to write a Rector rule to upgrade. I can facilitate this with existing Rector rules like RenameMethodRector and RenamePropertyRector, however, rather then have people copy paste a bunch of lines into their rector.php file it'd be nice if a brand new Rector rule could be created that calls those two rules with the appropriate configured rule parameters. That way all you'd have to do when trying to upgrade your codebase is to copy / paste into your rector.php one line vs twenty or so.

Is this possible?

You can create a separate config that you can include in main rector.php via withSets().
