Is it possible to override a configured rule from a set?

Hello!

I'm working on the Laravel rector sets, and there's some configurable rules that I would like to include as part of a set.

However, if I do this, would it be possible for a user to then override that rule and configuration in their own config?

Hmmm, not sure I really want users to have to do that on their end

Yeah, I am wondering how many use case is, most of the time, config from set is just merged, if it single config, like inline_public => false to true, normal merge already replace.
