Removing a blog from Blaggregator breaks old links #140

Description

@punchagan

Since the blaggregator urls are shared/given out (at least on Zulip), Blogs shouldn't really be "deleted" when they are removed from Blaggregator. They can be marked as inactive, which

  • turns off crawling
  • hides all posts on the web interface

But, existing links for the posts on the blog remain functional.

Additionally, things will work better when the blog is added back after being removed. New slugs are not created for posts crawled in the previous life.
