❇️ RZA-250154: Update readme with screenshots and meta tags

Every Page meta tags are defined properly so that when we share a page it will display the correct information

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add proper meta title and description in BaseLayout
• Capture screenshot of each page in light and dark mode and save under src/assets
• Update Readme for each page with those screenshots.
