Review SNYK scans for all core KubeRay and CodeFlare images

As of now, these images will be:

1. KubeRay Operator
2. CodeFlare Operator

MCAD will not be deployed as a standalone component in RHODS 1.34, but as an embedded controller.

Depending on the SNYK results, we may need to pull in work to fix the vulnerabilities. Confirm with Jay what level of vulnerability needs to be fixed.
