provide options to have profiles for CSI

@Nikhil-Ladha can you please update the EPIC to provide flexibility or introduce a profile for the csi configurations as well. These default might not make sense for all the clusters.

Provide flexibility for what?

provide options to have profiles for CSI like we have for ceph pods, the admin can choose the profile when they create the StorageConsumer. This needs some discussions as well on how to design it.

I thought this was a ocs-client-op only enhancement, hence opened one in u/s.
If d/s, then should it be an epic or just a DFBUG/task?

This might be a new feature, Its good to have an EPIC (for discussion as a feature)
