Add directory changed cases

add test for rename directory cases

example:

have to check

• foo/bar -> foo/tmp
• foo/bar -> foo/tmp/bar
• foo/bar/tmp -> foo/tmp (exists case)

do not check

• I need to check foo/bar, but I don't want to detect commits that include foofoo/bar.
