[master] No way to submit HTTPS URLs to reddit

I figured out how to upgrade to git master, but now submission is completely broken. I don't get given the option to submit a page to reddit if it hasn't already been submitted. No bar appears.

It works for http://www.test.com/?video=the-basics

It does not work for this github issue page - even though HTTPS submission is enabled.

OK, maybe it's just for HTTPS URLs

@greenrd I just posted this to /r/companion. I believe this to be the fix for this bug.
