"Wet" remix

Wet (remixed)

Remix / full retexture of the classic "Wet" map by LuckyStrike. This is based on Viktor/Unnamed's last changes.

• upscaled the map x2 for new playerscale
• readjust some geometry scaling (central walls are a bit lower in height, etc)
• mapenlarged to add some background terrain / trees
• higher geometry detail (~106k currently)
• replace splash particles for animated ripple decal
• Viktor's lightning/trigger script (improved by RaZgRiZ)
• attempt to use high giscale value to fake emission lighting
• colour coded each side of the map so it doesn't all look the same
• most light entities should be fx levelled
• high specular for most textures to simulate a wet look
• added vscrolling water texture on some ramps / roof surfaces
• redo map clip and bounds
• lots of other thing i've forgotten

• Weapon spawns counts and player starts are the same as the classic version.
