Wouldn't work out due to requiring maps to be designed specifically for it, although Center could work, and let's not start on the hypotheticals. |

In TF2's Payload mode, one team must push a bomb cart along a fixed railway track to the enemy base while the other team tries to stop them. The cart only moves forward when attacking players stand near it, more players make it move faster, up to 3x speed with three or more. If no attackers are present, the cart slowly rolls backward.
The cart also acts as a mobile health and ammo dispenser for the attacking team and provides cover they can hide behind. Maps feature multiple checkpoints that lock progress and add time when captured, creating natural pacing with intense pushes followed by brief repositioning phases.
I think this game mode would be awesome in Red Eclipse.
