Passing in a large number of doc ids to all fails

Problem is that all is using GET when it should use a POST. I've tried to fix it, but it's not right. If I figure it out I can send a pull request.

Sounds like a good enhancement and should be easy to do. I'll take a look next week after I get back from vacation :)

Modifying the all to use POST instead of GET was pretty easy, but I was not aware that the POST API is completely different than the GET API in that the POST API only supports the keys parameter. I think the best enhancement here would be for Slouch to check the params and if and only if the keys parameter is set then use the POST API. An alternative would be to create a new method like postAll. I'll need to think on this a bit.

(I looked quickly and didn't see a clear way in nano's docs how nano handles this scenario)
