Remove hard requirement for fedora.linux_system_roles

In an enterprise environment where there is highly limited access to community collections, and installing this via the validated route, I would expect the dependencies do not try to pull in fedora.linux_system_roles, but instead redhat.linux_system_roles.

Either they should be removed from the dependencies, repackaged when placed into the validated repo, or defaulted to the RH Certified collections.

This is an issue in version 1.6.1 since dependencies was added to galaxy.yml

We are working on making the infra.leapp collection certified rather than validated. Part of this process will be to make the dependency on redhat.rhel_system_roles instead of fedora.linux_system_roles.

Fair enough, but to be clear, as it stands the installation fails in AAP if you don't have fedora.linux_system_roles
