Helm Dialog keeps growing up to all of the available vertical space

Steps:

1. EXEC: pick "Install Helm Charts" in the context menu of the namespace in the resource tree
2. ASSERT: Helm chart dialog shows up with a vertical space that's limited, it does not use all the available vertical space.
3. EXEC: install a helm chart

Result:
The dialog grows to all of the available vertical space

Expected result:
The dialog should not grow this much if not needed. The list of charts could be shrunk to less rows.
