LSP4IJ 0.16.0 Release

We are about to release LSP4IJ 0.16.0. Highlights of this release include

• DAP support for Disassembly
• fixing some LSP/DAP bugs

More details in the changelog.

I need to improve again DAP support with few PRs

Please give a try to the latest nightly build.

Unless you report a blocking issue, we'll proceed with the release next Monday 09/15/2025. If you need to have more time, please tell me.
