LSP4IJ 0.10.0 Release

We are about to release LSP4IJ 0.10.0. Highlights of this release include

• Debug DAP support which should provide the capability to consume any DAP server (with stdio / socket) and provide breakpoint, evaluate expression, completion in evalueate expression, inline values. Please note that it is the first iteration of DAP support, it could have some bugs. Any feedback are welcome!
• A lot of editing support improvement (thanks to @SCWells72 ) which support LSP onTypeFormatting server and even if language server doesn't support it, it can fallback by using selectionRange / folding to manage a wonderfull on type formatting.
• Improvement of inlay hints by adopting new declarative InlayHint API (thanks to @FalsePattern)
• fixing several bugs

Please give a try to the latest nightly build.

I will try again to fix some few issues (if I am sure that there is no impact)

Unless you report a blocking issue, we'll proceed with the release next Monday 02/10/2025.

@angelozerr FYI, my team spent some time testing the 0.10.0-20250204-132029 nightly build last week and did not encounter any new issues. Thanks.

There were some annoying bugs only for textmate and text files that @SCWells72 fixed today.

I will create the release tomorrow.
