LSP4IJ 0.11.0 Release

We are about to release LSP4IJ 0.11.0. Highlights of this release include

• Improve performance of inlay hints and semantic tokens (thanks to @FalsePattern)
• Language Installer API
• A lot of editing improvement (thanks to @SCWells72 ) for TextMate.
• Improve Debug DAP support with attach support . See https://github.com/redhat-developer/lsp4ij/blob/main/docs/dap/user-defined-dap/python-debugpy.md
• Provide an extension point to register a DAP server, see https://github.com/redhat-developer/lsp4ij/blob/main/docs/dap/DeveloperGuide.md It requires some improement but you can start to use it.
• fixing several bugs

Please give a try to the latest nightly build.

I will try again to fix some few issues (if I am sure that there is no impact)

@angelozerr Once we tried to build LTI using latest LSP4IJ nightly versions (0.10.1-20250221-091718, 0.10.1-20250220-175919), identified the below error. Could you please have a look on the same?

i forked your repo, and triggerred several builds, without the issues described : https://github.com/sbouchet/liberty-tools-intellij/actions/workflows/build.yaml

@sbouchet The LSP4IJ version in the build.gradle file of the forked branch is still set to the stable version (0.11.0). Since we are facing this issue with the nightly version, you need to update the LSP4IJ version to the latest nightly build in the build.gradle file to reproduce the issue. You can refer it here.

@sbouchet @TrevCraw I've tried with the latest LSP4IJ nightly (0.11.1-20250305-013207) build as well. Same issue persists. You can check the failure here.

i've changed the way the plugin is added to the build to plugin("com.redhat.devtools.lsp4ij:$lsp4ijVersion") and seems to do the trick:

I have discussed about this PR with @SCWells72 yesterday. Even this PR looks amazing, and fixes a lot of behaviour it is too dangerous to include it for now.

I prefer creating a release without those behaviour and avoid having a lot bugs (performance problem, error displayed in popup, etc).

I trust @SCWells72 but I am pretty sure that this PR will provide new bugs. My idea is to create the release which fixes some bugs (like shift+shift) provide DAP support "attach" to consume Debugpy which seems very expected and after that I will merge this PR and create nighty build. When this PR will be merged please test it on our side and reports bugs that @SCWells72 will fix it.

If this PR works very well, we could create a new release ASAP (just with this PR if we need).

Indeed and I think also with shift shift bug. There is also performance improvement with inlay hint and semantic tokens.

Please check with the nighty that nothing is broken.
