Update error message shown when token can't be refreshed and one signed out

Current message does not mention token expiration at all. It says about Reading stored authentication failure.
Should be not shown as failure, because token expiration is not an unexpected error. The token supposed to expire at some point, so there is no reason to scare anyone.

It should say: "Your have been signed out because your authentication token expired." It also should be shown as an information message.
