Update README.md with new workflow to create Developer Sandbox Connetction using Red Hat SSO

Current usage scenario described in README.md should be updated to reflect new workflow for creating Developer Sandbox connection implemented in #156. Which now requires to sign into Red Hat Developers account instead of doing manual copy/past of authentication token from Developer Sandbox Openshift Console.

New README.md should be also published to Podman Desktop Extension Catalog
