This PR adds a GitHub Actions workflow can be used to run the rhdh-supported-plugins.sh script and automatically open a PR if any changes are detected.

  1. Go to GitHub Actions
  2. Run Run rhdh-supported-plugins.sh and open PR workflow, supplying the branch.
  3. If the script makes changes a PR will be created with the updates.

Why? I struggled to run the script on my macOS device due to incompatibilities in bash/yq. Based on a suggestion from @nickboldt, running in CI gives us a consistent environment to execute the script.
