This PR adds a GitHub Actions workflow can be used to run the
rhdh-supported-plugins.shscript and automatically open a PR if any changes are detected.Run rhdh-supported-plugins.sh and open PRworkflow, supplying the branch.Why? I struggled to run the script on my macOS device due to incompatibilities in
bash/yq. Based on a suggestion from @nickboldt, running in CI gives us a consistent environment to execute the script.IMPORTANT: Do Not Merge - To be merged by Docs Team Only
