With #832 we changed the book titles. As a result the title URLs in Pantheon have changed. Now that the resulting URLs are known, we can update the links defined in the AsciiDoc attributes.

  • Updated book links for accuracy.
  • Updated the attribute names for consistency:
    • Lowercase.
    • Use the "book-url" and "book-title" suffix.
  • Added links for categories for clarity.
  • Reordered the attributes to fit under their respective category for clarity.
  • Added missing book URL and titles for consistency.
  • Verified no leftover cross-book link is leftover.
