[🚫 Bug] Please get rid of those emoji prefixes on issues

Describe the bug

These emoji prefixes added on issues are causing serious accessibility issues. If you want to mark issues as bug/features/... there are already two unintrusive ways of doing it, old ways via labels and newer way via the issue type.
