Feature Request: Disable "Source" URI in Hovers #1120

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be great to be able to hide the "Source: " schema path uri in the hover popup in applications where it's not necessary.
This is a common request for users of monaco-yaml, which uses yaml-language-server under the hood: remcohaszing/monaco-yaml#143 remcohaszing/monaco-yaml#177 remcohaszing/monaco-yaml#271
Describe the solution you would like
The simplest could just be a showSchemaURI configuration option.
Describe alternatives you have considered
Currently to remove it you have to post-process the data returned by yaml-language-server or modify the hover DOM itself, which is pretty hacky.
