Update to RHEL 9.2 and latest MicroShift releases

Looks a bit outdated, update to RHEL 9.2 and latest MicroShift release V4.13 is needed I think.
Or at least a hint that this might not work any longer.
This is relevant to all demos that include MicroShift.
