[RFE] Simplify / Extend Server Name Support #416

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The code heavily relies on the naming convention for the idrac interfaces yaml file to match to rack, ulocation and blade. If someone wants to use this on a server without the expected naming convention then they might encounter issues trying to use that functionality.

Add arguments to the cli for optionally passing rack, uloc and blade. Leverage this arguments if passed.
