[RFE] Automate cleaning up orphaned active assignments #605
Description
Currently we need to manually clean out orphaned, active assignments with no host schedules if they accrue from incompleted self-service API requests.
It would be nice to automatically find and set assignments with no active schedules as inactive after they've been created for X number of hours (24hrs?) as to not consume valuable QUADS cloud slots.
