[RFE] network interface os_name

Users might be interested in knowing what the network interface name is for the provisioned OS in order to do their own provisioning

Add a new host metadata value for os_name and populate this with a python script that would consume the python-quads-lib and have this as a post installation script on the foreman proviioning

I like the idea of having the physical network interface mapped in the host metadata but I do not think it needs to be populated beyond initial seeding or unless the lab default changes (which in turn would change our documentation too).

We won't be aware if newer versions of systemd-udevd beyond a current lab default decides to change this, and (re)installing the lab default OS via Foreman would yield the same seeded value anyway so it's pointless to employ any other mechanisms via Foreman to query this value.

The best we can do is try to be more progressive about iterating to later versions of the current lab standard RHEL major version so hopefully what we already have documented internally, and what is seeded for a future os_name value reflects the versions of CoreOS or OpenShift/OpenStack images pushed to released assignments.
