Description

Hello, Since last friday that is April 4th 2025, we are seeing the following error when we use this action.

Error: Resource not accessible by integration

We tried giving more permissions and also include the github token but it did not work. We were using tag v1 and also tried with the lastest tag v1.8.0. Finally we tried using 1.7.1 and it worked.

Could you pls let us know what could be the issue

I don't see this error on my repositories. If you use this action in the private repository, you might have to set new permissions since v1.8.0.

Hello, I am actually using the above permission but still get the error. And yes, ours are private repos. Tried with both read/write

Anything that I am missing. v1.7.1 works without any issue

I think that you also need issues: read permission
