docs(cookbook): add Phase 2 recipes

Add 5 comprehensive task-oriented recipes:

Cloud:
- Setup VPC Peering (AWS/GCP/Azure examples, peering acceptance, route tables)
- Configure ACL Security (Redis rules, roles, users, common patterns)
- Backup and Restore Workflow (automated/manual backups, restore scenarios, DR)

Enterprise:
- Cluster Health Check (status monitoring, automated health scripts)
- Node Management (add/remove nodes, maintenance mode, failover)

Also:
- Remove remaining emojis from cookbook README
- Update README with links to all new recipes
- Add time estimates for each recipe
