Status failed on response 201

Thanks for this project! Saved us a bunch of time!

I noticed one thing though, if I send a 201 from on the receiving end, the job on the RQ monitor ends in failed, but if I return a 200 response it ends in finished. Is this a bug, or is there configuration I missed to allow 201s (or even better 2xx)?
