rate limit and NATS

My processor is kind of slow, and can handle a couple messages per second.

I still wonder how this works in combination with NATS.

I'm currently trying to beat "nats operation failed: nats: slow consumer" errors. One approach was through rate limits. I still got this error after a while. I have a consumer with several thousand messages build up. The requirement is, that my processor can work through that without getting itself into trouble.

As for the nats_jetstream input: this thing doesn't really know about the configured rate limit, does it? So, does the rate limit has any affect on the nats_jetstream input, how much messages it can pull from the server?
