Add Prometheus ServiceMonitor option to Console chart #1056
Description
It would be helpful to have a Prometheus ServiceMonitor option for deploying a service monitor as part of Console. Those who use a Prometheus operator could therefore deploy Console with the right service monitor by adding it to their Helm values, rather than deploying a separate resources outside the helm deployment.
