v2.4 and v2.3 FTBFS: helm-controller and flux-controller-shim are private

Hi everyone!

v2.4.x and v2.3.x of the operator currently fail to build from source for anyone without access to the private Redpanda repositories for the fluxcd helm controller and the controller shim. Are there any plans to open source these?

Specifically:

• https://github.com/redpanda-data/helm-controller
• https://github.com/redpanda-data/flux-controller-shim

I've noticed the beta builds fine, but it would be amazing if others could build currently supported releases of the operator.

We don't plan on opensourcing these but you can now see our Repdanda Operator is now Flux free for v25.1.x and above.
