Version & Environment

Redpanda version: (use rpk version):
25.1.12

What went wrong?

after upgrade fron 24.3.18 to 25.1.12 got this issue.

errors log:

from the metrics data vectorized_raft_offset_translator_inconsistency_errors ,only topic: __consumer_offsets and partition: 3 15 got this erros

but cluster is healthy, producer and consumer work well

it seems like this code prints this error log：
