Gears of War 3 doesn't change the language

Could you help me, I'm trying to find a way to change the language of Gears of War 3 to Spanish but it doesn't change, in all the other Gears of War games it changes to Spanish, but only in Gears of War 3 it doesn't change.

You don't need to use that old version. Just switch the region in the latest version.

Si alguien tiene el mismo problema y lee esto, la solución que encontre es cambiar la región del PC en configuraciones a mexico, (Parece que para Colombia y otros paises de la región no cambia automaticamente a español.
