Multiple streams on a single computer

I'd like to know if it's possible to have multiple Better xCloud streams on a single computer. I'd like to boost the Seriously achievement on Gears of War (2006) by filling up an entire lobby with secondary accounts and my main. I'm thinking of 8 instances of the game running from the cloud on a single computer, or two computers with 4 streams each. Don't know if that's even possible, or if it would require a VPN.
