as the 5th param to all page param functionsSometimes folks need the query arg to figure out page params. With React Query it's already available in scope when they call the
useInfiniteQuery
hook and define the callbacks, but with RTKQ the callbacks are defined as part of the endpoint. So, we add yet another positional param to make this available.Fixes #4957
