make mermaid work and display correctly

Apparently quarto as some native mermaid diagram capability: https://quarto.org/docs/authoring/diagrams.html so I had a go for section 4.3.

1. fix rendering of mermaid diagram

in line 555 in file https://github.com/ree-gupta/lmu-osc.github.io/blob/v1/add-research-cycle/training/open_research_cycle/04_preserve_and_share.qmd
I copy pasted the code provided by mermaid.ai

which previews locally almost all correctly

but doesn't render online.

2. make the display nice

Fix the bokd text font. A possible display I'd like: the diagraphn in one left column, the paragraph of text in a right column.

this is not urgent, but maybe fun to look at @Riyaaa1 @NeuroShepherd ?

actually this will be needed when we merge to main by the end of the month.
