Background Transparency (Mica, Acrylic, Blur)

I really love this, the request I would like to add is for background transparency,
I use Zen and would love to have an option like that to seamlessly integrate it with the browser theme, like Nebula.

can you provide more info on how to implement this? would simply adding a colorscheme with transparent bg colors work?
